La Gar-Nat is born from our love of rosé, but unleashed: natural bubbles, no rules or constraints, made by the ancestral method. Here there are no filters or additives. Just Garnacha fermenting in the bottle and bursting with joy.

Fresh, sparkling, juicy, and a little bit cheeky.
A rosé that doesn’t care about labels or solemnity.

Estilo Sparkling rosé (Pet-Nat)
Vista Salmon pink color, with fine bubbles.
Variedad Red, grey, and white Garnacha
Nariz Red fruit, with citrus and floral notes.
Viticultura From the “La Estanca” plot. Organic dry farming, with permanent cover crop.
Boca Refreshing, fruity with a slightly sweet finish.
Enología Ancestral method: second fermentation in bottle, without additives, and manual disgorging..

Sparkling rosé wine made by the ancestral method. Spontaneous fermentation and second fermentation in bottle without additives (PET-NAT). Fine and lively bubbles, fruity aromas, fresh palate with a slightly sweet finish. A fun, expressive, and easy-to-drink wine.

In detail

La Gar-Nat is made using the ancestral method, meaning the wine is bottled before fermentation finishes, and it is this fermentation in the bottle that creates the bubbles, without adding sugar or yeast. Unlike the traditional (champenoise) method, there is no tirage or dosage. This style is known as Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel), natural sparkling wines made without any additives or enological products, not even sulfur dioxide.
